• Responsibility for managing consultants and/or managers

Director/Managing Consultant
• A track record in building relationships and selling consulting work
• Balances a sales and client utilisation target
• Develops new client propositions
• Responsibility for developing consulting team members

Partner or Executive Director
• Manages client relationships at C suite
• Responsible for driving growth and thought leadership
• Delivers revenues between £ 1M- 5M (depending on structure and size of firm)
• A thought leader in their area of specialisation
